RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We gladly offer free returns within 60 days of the purchase date for items bought directly from BinxyBaby.com.

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made on BinxyBaby.com within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Products shipped within the U.S. include free standard shipping, so no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. However, if you chose to pay extra for expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail or similar), that upgraded shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your product was purchased through another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to exchange any unused shopping cart hammock or cart cover in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase.

SHIPPING (U.S.)

All U.S. orders include free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, with an average delivery time of 3–6 business days from the order date.

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for an additional fee.

Please double-check your shipping address and color selection before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Note: Any expedited or upgraded shipping fees (like USPS Priority Mail) are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We’re thrilled to ship worldwide!

  • All international purchases are final sale.
  • We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages.
  • Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries will be charged return shipping.
  • Customs delays may occur — sometimes up to 45 days.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact your local postal service.

Binxy Baby is not responsible for items lost in transit. If this occurs, please file a claim with the carrier.
